Our fledgling crew is still in the formative stages.  When fully formed and incorporated, the Weiser Support Crew will be a non-profit organization which will actively seek donations to support their efforts.  We will be available for call-up to support wildfire suppression efforts anywhere in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  As an incorporated support crew, we will be eligible for State and Federal grant money as well as the Federal Excess program.  Our goal in creating a District wide support crew is so that when called-up, no one crew or for that matter geographical area within the Weiser Forest District will be significantly impacted so far as it's firefighting capability.
